Founded in 1925, ESTACA is a member of the ISAE Group, the global leader in aerospace higher education and research. The Automotive & Aeronautics Design (AAD) Spring Exchange Program offers VAA engineering students direct exposure to advanced computational design tools and international teamwork, supported by potential scholarship opportunities from GIFAS (French Aerospace Industries Association).

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Name: Automotive & Aeronautics Design Program
Duration: January 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027 (18 weeks, including a 2-week European industrial study tour)
Language: 100% English
Objectives: Hands-on mastery of advanced Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools (Catia, Matlab, Star-CCM+) for aircraft, automotive, and complex transport systems design.

GIFAS SCHOLARSHIP & EXPENSES

Up to €1,500 per semester. ESTACA conducts preliminary application screenings, with final scholarship awards conferred directly by GIFAS.

• Students are responsible for self-funding their living expenses (estimated at €800 – €1,000/month), round-trip airfare, visa application fees, health insurance, and insurance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Students from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering (VAA) meeting either of the following requirements: (i) Bachelor’s degree graduates or (ii) Engineering students having completed their 3rd year in technical disciplines.
Language Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 79 / TOEIC 785 / IELTS 6.0 minimum
